Welcome to Q&A with me - Victor Ragusila.  I am the captain and mechanical lead for the Eta team. We get a lot of questions about our speed bikes, so below are four videos answers to our four most commonly asked questions.

1) Why is our bike so much faster than the best upright bikes, such as the ones used in Tour de France?

In this Q&A session, Victor Ragusila discusses why AeroVelo's speedbike, Eta, will be so much faster than a Tour de France bicycle. Eta is the vehicle AeroVelo is building in an attempt to break 145 km/hr (a new world-record) at the World Human-Powered Speed Challenge in Battle Mountain, Nevada in September, 2014.

2) Why don't we use gold ball dimples, which are so great at making golf balls more aerodynamic?

In this Q&A session, Victor Ragusila explains why Golf Ball dimples will not be effective for AeroVelo's speedbike, Eta. Eta is the vehicle AeroVelo is building in an attempt to break 145 km/hr (a new world-record) at the World Human-Powered Speed Challenge in Battle Mountain, Nevada in September, 2014.

3) How many gears do we have in our bike to achieve 145km/h?

And 4) How do we see outside without a window?

In this Q&A session, Victor Ragusila explains how many gears are necessary for AeroVelo's speedbike, Eta, to reach 145km/hr. Eta is the vehicle AeroVelo is building in an attempt to break 145 km/hr (a new world-record) at the World Human-Powered Speed Challenge in Battle Mountain, Nevada in September, 2014.
